This is not Burgundy!
I am really upset about reading the comparation between Bierzo and Burgundy.
Even many producer speak about this, but what is the similitude?
For sure the red variety is absolutely different: Mencia vs Pinot Noir.
The soils and weather are completely various. Viticulture… Unique in Bierzo, and not the same that in Burgundy.
And maybe Culture? Not for sure, we are beginning and they have a great experience. More culture is what we need in order to talk sense.
